Contract: 6 Months
Rate: £400 per day

About the Role: A Local Authority in East Anglia are looking for an Interim Estates Manager to oversee their property portfolio on an initial 6-month basis.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

General practice work including landlord and tenant, lease renewals, and rent reviews.
Provide strategic property advice.
