Deputy Manager - Residential Home- LD/MH

I am recruiting for an experienced and quality focused Deputy Manager for a Residential Home in the Coventry area.

We are looking for a qualified Deputy Manager or a Strong Team Leader / Senior Care Assistant who can assist the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home.

For the right candidate the salary is up to £29,000

The Deputy Manager must have

* Level 3 Health and Social Care (Essential)

* Prior experience as Deputy Manager of a Residential Home (Preferred)

* Prior experience as Team Leader / Senior Care Assistant (Essential)

* Strong organisational skills

* Good understanding about CQC regulations

* Drivers (Preferred)
