Xpert Resourcing are delighted to be working with a growing manufacturing and engineering business based close to Scunthorpe who are looking to recruit this busy role carrying out critical repair works and liaising with customers.

A company vehicle is provided for work travel.

Duties will include:

* Carrying out fault finding and inspections on client vehicles.

* Technical repairs to key components.

* Working on large machinery.

* Attending customer sites to support with warranty issues or repairs.

* Allocating manpower for specific jobs and deadlines.

* Costing of jobs for repair work.

* Providing customer quotations for work to be carried out.

* Repairing and replacing pneumatic and hydraulic components.

* Responsibility for Health & Safety of the team.

* Carry out quality control inspections in order to prevent future warranty disputes or claims.

* Managing a small team of technicians.

Experience / skills required:

* A good understanding of mechanical / hydraulic systems.

* Experience of managing staff.

* MIG and TIG welding skills.

* Experience of working with aluminium will be an advantage.

* Outstanding customer service skills.

* Excellent communication skills.

Hours of work:

* Monday to Friday

* 40 Hours per week
