Finance & Office Manager
Based: Warrington
Salary: circa £70k + benefits
We are exclusively working with an owner managed business based in Warrington looking to hire a Finance & Office Manager to join the team. Reporting into the Directors, this role will be overseeing finance (3-4 days a week) whilst assisting with other areas of the business (IT, HR, Operations, Data and more). This role sits on the senior team and will work closely with the Directors daily, looking after a finance/admin team of 3.
Role:
- Producing monthly management accounts, presenting to Directors
- Overseeing a team of 3, reviewing work and supporting development
- Overseeing transactional finance duties ensuring accuracy and adhering to deadlines
- VAT returns, cash flow management
- Balance sheet & bank reconciliations
- Data analysis for pricing & future growth
- Assisting with HR, IT, Office duties circa 1 day a week
- Dealing with numerous systems, spreadsheets and data - IT literacy is key
- Working with Directors on ad-hoc business & finance projects
Experience:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- SME experience is essential
- Strong finance knowledge coupled with some exposure to IT / HR / Operations / other business areas
- Forward thinking, hands on, agile and able to multi-task
