Estimator required for a leading precision engineering company offering 60 years of excellence and state-of-the-art equipment to supply a wide range of industries.

This opportunity is based in Huddersfield, meaning that the successful Estimator will be able to easily commute from surrounding towns and cities including; Dewsbury, Mirfield, Halifax, Bradford, Wakefield and Barnsley.

Key Responsibilities of the Estimator will include;

Managing, maintaining and developing the company's existing relationships
Identifying potential new clients and business opportunities
Respond to requests from clients with detailed quotations
Work collaboratively with other departments including production to ensure clients needs can be met
Maintain a good understanding of clients and their business strategies
Act as the first point of contact for clientsFor the role of Estimator, we are keen to receive applications from individuals who have;

Experience as an Estimator or similar within a precision engineering environment
A good understanding of quotation for technical engineering components
Ability to read manufacturing drawings
Experience developing client accounts and providing top quality customer serviceSalary & Benefits;

£35,000 to £40,000 (Depending on experience)
Mon - Thur 7.30am - 4.00pm
Fri 7.30am - 12.30am
