My client is a Tier 1 Maintenance Contractor who are looking for a Site Manager for a Temp to Perm role ..
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Supervise subcontractors and direct site staff, ensuring high-quality standards
- Maintain clear communication with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Report regularly on project progress, risks, and any issues encountered
Essential Requirements:
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid
- IPAF - desirable
- Temp Works Experience / Awareness - desirable
- Health & Safety - desirable
- SOCIAL HOUSING EXPERIENCE IS NON NEGOTIABLE
