This is a wonderful opportunity to join this unique firm of financial planners, based in Epsom. With at least 2 years’ of experience within paraplanning and having achieved CII Level 4, you will have experience in investments, risk analysis and protection, pre and post retirement planning and cash flow management. The successful candidate will have used Voyant software to produce cashflow modelling.

The role will be supporting a team of Financial Advisers to deliver the highest level of service to clients by creating quality and compliant advice documents. Providing technical analysis, assistance, and completing technical transactions such as investments, disinvestments, rebalances and income requests. You will constantly focus on the client’s best interests and positive client-centric outcomes.

Responsibilities to include:


· The ability to understand a client's circumstances and objectives (via fact find, risk profile, adviser file notes) producing detailed and structured advice documents, based upon the needs and requirements of the client and aligned to their best interests.


· To pro-actively liaise with the financial adviser where more appropriate and/or additional advice may be required.


· Ensuring individual cases are completed accurately and in a timely manner.


· Drafting bespoke technical reports and detailed financial modelling of financial planning strategies.


· Organising workflow and management of ongoing workload.


· Adhering to strict compliance and anti-money laundering and counter terrorism legislation.


· Identifying areas to improve efficiencies and streamline business processes.


· Ensuring adherence with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulatory requirements and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) standards at all times

It is Essential that, the Successful Candidate Will:


· Have achieved CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.


· Have good technical report writing, grammar and spelling skills.


· Be a confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills.


· Be computer literate with Word, Excel, Outlook, Voyant software.


· Focus on continuous improvement and self-development in the field of financial planning. This includes keeping current and knowledgeable on products, techniques and legislation and undertaking courses/training as required by the company.


· Have the ability to quickly adapt to a dynamic environment.


· Be able to work well as part of a team and co-operatively with other staff.


· Adhere to company standards, including (but not limited to) working appropriate and agreed business hours, adhering to dress standards, cultural standards and maintaining a clear work area.
