The Role

As a seasoned and dynamic HR Manager, you will spearhead the people strategy, enhance employee engagement, and support an ambitious growth agenda while cultivating a high-performance culture where employees thrive in a supportive environment. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee all facets of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, policy development, and learning & development. Collaborating closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the employee experience. Key responsibilities include:

Develop and implement a People Strategy aligned with business needs
Manage recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
Provide expert advice on HR policies, employment law, and talent development
Lead HR projects and ensure compliance with regulationsThe Candidate

CIPD qualified or equivalent with a proven track record in HR leadership
Passionate about employee engagement and driving continuous improvement
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
