Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
- On-call standby rate: £190 per week
- Call-out: 4 hours minimum at 1.5/2 time

About the Role:As a key member of our Estates team, you'll deliver top-notch building maintenance services to our hospital and satellite sites. Your role will encompass reactive, project, and scheduled maintenance work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe working environment at all times
- Perform PPMs and daily checks of allocated plant areas
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Respond to and complete incoming work orders
- Assist in installation projects as instructed by the Estates Manager
- Support various projects as needed
Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Electrical Engineer (City & Guilds or NVQ)
- 18th Edition and Level 2 City and Guilds or equivalent
- Experience in a hospital or similar environment
- Knowledge of relevant hospital policies and procedures
- Familiarity with Health and Safety, COSHH, Lifting and Handling, and Fire regulations
