The Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be at the heart of the business - driving new opportunities and building relationships with top-tier clients.

Researching and targeting businesses you WANT to work with
Cold calling and booking meetings with decision-makers
Shadowing experienced team members in meetings
Visiting clients to see your work in action
Building and managing your own sales pipeline

Training & Support
No sales experience? No problem.

You'll get 4 months of expert training from award-winning sales coaches at Prime - learning everything from cold call openers to closing big deals.

You'll also work closely with senior sales leaders with over 40 years of experience - they'll have your back every step of the way.

Progression
The progression here is fast and clear: SDR → Business Development Manager → Team Lead (within 3 years).
