Technical Sales, Birmingham covering the UK. Are you a Sales Engineer or experienced Technical Sales Professional looking for your next challenge? Join a leading global manufacturer of capital equipment for the food industry. We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to develop and expand business opportunities across the UK and Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with a proven background in technical sales, a passion for uncovering new markets, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Engineer, you will:

* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their technical needs and offering tailored capital equipment solutions.

* Manage a mix of new business development and existing accounts to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service.

* Conduct on-site client visits, demonstrations, and equipment trials, with regular travel across the UK and Ireland (including overnight stays).

* Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that open new routes to market and drive revenue growth.

* Maintain detailed records in the CRM system, ensuring seamless customer relationship management.

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or capital equipment sales, ideally within machinery or manufacturing industries.

* A proactive approach to business development, with the ability to identify and pursue new market opportunities.

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills to connect with diverse clients and stakeholders.

* Resilience, problem-solving ability, and independence to excel in a target-driven environment.

* A team-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and administrative skills.
