Salary: £43,000 - £50,000 (Basic Salary)

What You'll Do

* Oversee responsive repairs and deliver performance targets.

* Ensure top-quality service with inspections, KPIs, and customer feedback.

* Represent the company at client and resident meetings.

* Lead, manage, and develop a talented team.

What You'll Bring

* Proven experience in Responsive Maintenance supervision.

* Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

* A full UK driving licence.

* SSSTS or SMSTS Health & Safety Qualified
