Who They’re Looking For:This role is ideal for someone who can balance leadership with hands-on technical expertise. You’ll need to be highly organised, a great communicator, and ready to take ownership of projects from start to finish.Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with Linux and Windows systems, networking hardware, and LED signage technologies such as Novastar and Absen.
• A solid understanding of networking, including router configuration and diagnostics.
• Previous experience managing projects and leading teams in a technical environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Jira is a plus.
• Strong communication and organisational skills to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and efficiently.
