Are you looking to develop your career in Quantity Surveying? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Fit-Out Main Contractor and work alongside a seasoned Commercial Manager to gain valuable hands-on experience.
Due to a growing pipeline of projects, the company is seeking a motivated Apprentice Quantity Surveyor to support their team. They are committed to nurturing talent and providing comprehensive training to help you grow into the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Commercial Manager on a variety of fit-out projects.
- Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting for ongoing projects.
- Support the preparation of tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and valuations.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to gather cost data and ensure project efficiency.
- Help to manage project budgets and contribute to financial decision-making.
- Assist with post-contract activities such as valuations and final account preparation.
