Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Witham

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Market 36 Recruitment are looking for a Project Manager to join one of our clients based in Witham, Essex.

You will play a vital role in delivering high-profile live events. You'll be involved everything from project planning and client liaison to on-site event management. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong organisational mindset, a passion for live events and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Event Delivery

* Attend briefing meetings and support in translating client needs into clear project briefs.

* Assist with the creation of proposals and quotations for projects.

* Manage projects through the workshop to ensure seamless execution.

* Prepare equipment and packing lists for events.

* Support the submission of Health and Safety documentation.

* Create even overviews for installation teams

* Attend events in a supervisory and client-facing capacity, ensuring smooth operations.

Office-Based Responsibilities

* Handle client communications - answering calls, emails and letters

* Assist in sourcing and ordering materials & equipment

* Maintain project files and documentation, both hard copies and electronic records.

* Manage overall project calendars to keep track of deadlines and deliverables.

* Support GDPR and data responsibilities within the organisation

* Ensure and organised and efficient working environment.

Workshop and Onsite Responsibilities

* Assist in the dressing and preparation of completed stands on-site.

* Act as the point of contact for clients regarding stand issues during events.

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
