I’m working with an award-winning ecommerce organisation, who due to growth are seeking to find a new Sales Administrator.
This business requires you to keep in contact and building relations with clients to win quotes and ensuring there pricing, product and service is to a high quality!
Day-to-day of the role for the Sales Administrator:
- Dealing with customers via verbal and written communication
- Quoting customers with their range of products and services
- Ensuring to follow up and keep in contact with clients to maximise conversion rates
- Processing customers orders within a relevant timeframe
Required skills and qualifications for the Sales Administrator:
- Being able to handle high workloads/volume
- The ability to prioritise workload
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic IT understanding/capability to carry out order processes
- Previous sales administration and/or order processing experience is required
