Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, etc.

* Welcome new clients and ensure they have all the information they need.

* Identify opportunities to upsell and expand client services (commission-earning!).

* Collaborate with internal and external partners to find solutions.

* Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
