What's involved?

As a General Manager in HMP site, you will need the ability to work inside a prison kitchen, supporting the kitchen - whilst overseeing the development and executing strategy.

You will oversee the main prisoner Catering, as well as the staff mess provision to make sure that you are advocating for your client, encouraging dedication, driving engagement to deliver positive financial results.

You will need to have contract catering or facilities business management for this position.
