As an integral part of our Operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth installation of their projects and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Benefits Package* Competitive Salary * 28 days holiday including bank holidays * Monday to Friday 9am- 17.30pm - 1 hour lunch break * Pension * Parking onsite Responsibilities & Duties* Issue accurate and detailed information to the fitting teams , providing full details of product and access requirements, special instructions, numbered drawings, survey and RAMS* Review returning information and action changes/non-conformities in a timely and efficient manner. Communicate quickly and efficiently any site/delivery issues to relevant parties, i.e. internal and external project teams, manufacturing and procurement* Raise returning visits for any in-completed works or snagging* Act as a liaison between the client, fitters and construction manager.* Daily check-in calls with fitting teams* Daily customer service calls to small works, enterprise & core clients* Customer satisfaction surveys* Logging and issuing non-conformance reports* Reconciliation of fitting teams timesheets* Verification of Subcontractor Invoices General tasks
· Taking telephone calls
· Assisting fitters/clients with queries on site
· Assist with raising Subcontractor purchase orders
· Ad-hoc duties that may be requiredHoliday cover for Planner
· Review scheduled works, identify site procedures and time frames
· Review and check RAMS, survey information, child safety requirements
· Liaising with internal teams to ensure availability of products and labour to meet required schedules
· Completing and issuing accurate induction paperwork to site contacts.
· Scheduling installation visits with the client, booking loading bays and consolidation centers.Skills Required
· Excellent administration/IT skills
· Able to respond to change, apply lateral thinking and stay calm under pressure
· Agile approach to all tasks
· Collaborates and communicates with other teams to share knowledge
