Are you a reliable and proactive individual looking for an opportunity to work in a vibrant school environment? We are seeking a dedicated School Caretaker to join our team in Harrow on a fixed-term contract until July 2025.
Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the school premises are well-maintained, clean, and safe for staff, students, and visitors.
- Carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks as required.
- Oversee the security of the building, including locking and unlocking the premises.
- Support with setting up rooms and facilities for school events and activities.
- Monitor health and safety compliance and report any issues.
What We're Looking For: - Experience in a caretaker or facilities management role (preferred but not essential).
- Basic DIY and maintenance skills.
- A positive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our students.
