Registered Home Manager - Residential Care

Salary: From £40,000

40 hours per week

Are you an experienced Home Manager with a passion for dementia and elderly care? Our client is looking for a dedicated Home Manager to oversee their dementia residential home. This vibrant, full-occupancy home is designed to offer residents comfort and community, featuring cozy lounges, a dining room, a conservatory, and a large, secure garden. As a Home Manager will lead the daily operations of this dementia care facility, ensuring high standards of personalised care, regulatory compliance, and a nurturing environment for residents. This role requires an empathetic leader with a proven track record in dementia care management and a commitment to promoting a safe, inclusive, and enriching environment.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Educational Requirement: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Experience: Previous experience successfully managing a dementia care home, with a deep understanding of dementia-specific care strategies.
  • Approach: Compassionate and hands-on, with a dedication to promoting person-centred care and respect for residents' dignity and choice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of dementia care and well-being.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external partners.
