This vibrant, full-occupancy home is designed to offer residents comfort and community, featuring cozy lounges, a dining room, a conservatory, and a large, secure garden. As a Home Manager will lead the daily operations of this dementia care facility, ensuring high standards of personalised care, regulatory compliance, and a nurturing environment for residents. Qualifications and Experience

• Educational Requirement: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Experience: Previous experience successfully managing a dementia care home, with a deep understanding of dementia-specific care strategies.
• Approach: Compassionate and hands-on, with a dedication to promoting person-centred care and respect for residents' dignity and choice.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of dementia care and well-being.
• Team Management: Lead and support a team of caregivers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external partners.
• Compliance and Quality: Ensure full compliance with CQC and other relevant standards, implementing best practices in dementia care.
• Financial Oversight: Manage the home's budget effectively, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial sustainability.
