About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of the ICRAS Central and South Liverpool Urgent Therapy Team for an experienced Occupational Therapist. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team committed to providing high-quality care and support to the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' needs in a community setting.

* Develop and implement tailored treatment plans focused on reablement.

* Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.

* Maintain accurate records and document patient progress.

* Educate and support patients and their families on therapy interventions.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.

* Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

* Experience in reablement, community assessment, and treatment is essential.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Must be a car driver with access to a vehicle for community visits.
