Our client, a leading distribution business has continued to expand their client base through acquisition. Therefore, they are now looking for a Trainee Assistant Accountant to join their team to support them in the production of fixed asset and inter-company accounts as well as project accounting on their new contracts and tenders. This is a dynamic and fast paced business; the role offers someone the chance to work in an encouraging and supportive environment that will offer an ever-changing workload. As this is a trainee position the client has an on the job, structured training programme to ensure you are continually learning.

Ideally you will be:

• Either degree educated and looking for your first accounts role or experienced in some aspects of transactional finance.
• Looking to study a qualification in accountancy and obtain on the job training.
• Prepared to work hard and become an integral member of the existing team.
