MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY FITTER

We are recruiting for a Mechanical Assembly Fitter to work for our client who are based in Bradford, West Yorkshire.

THE DUTIES OF A FITTER:

* Assembling parts and components according to the engineering drawings.

* Tool Operation, using a variety of hand tools, power tools and filing.

* Ensuring that assembly and fitting work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe work environment.

* Inspecting parts and systems for defects or malfunctions and ensuring they meet required standards and specifications.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:

* Knowledge of Composite Materials - A solid understanding of working with composite materials such as Steel.

* Component Assembly: Experience in assembling different components of composite lockers, including doors, frame and shelves.

* Use of Tools such as Hand Tools and Power Tools.

* Read Engineering Drawings - Advantageous but not essential.

THE HOURS:

*This is a 12-month Contract. *

This will be a day shift:

Monday - Friday 7:30am/ 8am - 4pm

THE PAY:

You will earn an hourly rate of £13.50
