Injection Moulding Technician - Colchester - Up to £35,000

What You'll Do:

Set up, adjust, and monitor injection moulding machines
Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment
Conduct maintenance and keep tools in top condition
Carry out mould and colour changes in a structured manner
Work flexibly as part of a small, skilled team

What We're Looking For:

Experience as an Injection Moulding Technician
Engineering knowledge of materials like Nylon, PVC, and Polypropylene
Ideally, experience with Boy hydraulic machines
Attention to detail and ability to work independently

What's on Offer?

Salary: £27,000-£35,000 (DOE)
Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week
25 days holiday + bank holidays
