Band 6 Practitioner

Hours: Full time, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm

Pay Rate: Umbrella - £27 per hour

Requirements: Band 6 Practitioner with Lead Practitioner Experience

You will need to live locally to BN17 7QU as role is on site, and may involve travelling across sites and completing home visits.

Team member will also need to have a working knowledge of local services for signposting when needed.

We ask that anyone put forwards is experienced working for ATS community teams. (Assessment and Treatment)
