Senior Recruitment Manager
Leading UK law firm housed in a stunning office location in London is hiring a Senior Recruitment Manager on an initial 12-month fixed term contract. Within this role you will take the lead on the operational and strategic recruitment for both Fee-Earner and Senior level Business Services Recruitment.

Senior Recruitment Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Operate as an experienced legal talent acquisition subject matter expert
- Proactively manage senior business-critical or sensitive roles
- Support the implementation of AI driven tools
- Lead efforts in direct talent sourcing supporting the team in utilising available tools and platforms
- Champion and support evolution of interview frameworks and recruitment best practice
Senior Recruitment Manager Key Skills & Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Recruitment or Senior Recruitment Manager at a law firm
- Proven experience with implementation of new processes
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Effective interpersonal communication skills, both verbally and in writing
