💼 Your Role

You'll work on an 80/20 split between projects and professional instructions in the residential team. Responsibilities include:

* Capital works, refurbishments, and fire safety projects

* Surveys, JCT contracts, and party wall matters

* New-builds and estate improvements

📝 What You'll Need

* RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying or equivalent

* 2+ years' experience, ideally having started your APC

* Strong communication and client-facing skills
