Looking for a skilled multi trader with experience. Seeking somebody who has the ability to undertake all aspects of building repairs, maintenance, renewals and replacements within skills set ranging from routine reactive repairs to major renewals of insulations in occupied void properties. To identify and diagnose the causes of building faults and defects to i dentify the most appropriate solution to be applied.

8:am - 16:30pm

Qualifiactions

City and Guilds / NVQ qualification or demontstrate time served experience

Part P electrical qualification

Gas Safe registered / certificate of competence

Essential

Must be able to do electrical installations

Full clean drivers licrnce and own vehichle with business insurance

You will also need to have your own tools/ drills
