The Client

A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Multiskilled Tradesperson to join a great construction company who provide general maintenance, installations and repairs for their clients.

The role will predominantly be spent working across the Kent region traveling to site, daily to carry out the planned maintenance and refurbishments work

The Role

The company are looking for a multiskilled trades professional, with the key trades identified as plastering, plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating.

Plastering - Carry out a range of plastering works including re-skimming, rendering, patching and Artex cover up.

Painting and Decorating - Carry out a range of painting and redecoration tasks including prepare and clean surfaces using methods such as scraping, sanding and steam cleaning; remove wallpaper and loose paint; repair cracks and holes in walls and joinery by applying fillers/sealant. Prepare/sand surface for application of decorative product.

Plumbing - basic plumbing experience - pipe reruns, sanitary and brassware fixes, removals and installs if needed.

Carpentry - Carry out a range of carpentry and joinery repairs and installations including installation and/or repair of various windows, doors and frames. Joinery work including the fitting of and/or repair to architraves, skirting bath panel and frames.

The Rewards

A competitive salary between £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience) WOrking hours - 40 hours per week, opportunity to earn bonus' plus the company will provide a fully expensed vehicle for travel
