The JobA Senior Business Partner will be hired for a period of 12 months to cover maternity.   Some hybrid working offered.Just some of the day to day:

• Provide regular weekly trading updates to the Senior Leadership Team, providing a high level insight of key drivers
• Prepare, analyse and present detailed sales & margin packs to the Senior Leadership Team, highlighting product and margin opportunities and areas of risk and improvement
• Implement and action monthly/annual sales and margin target setting
• Provide retail visitor insights to support footfall and conversion improvement opportunities
• Analyse detailed margins to support product pricing

• Have excellent Excel and financial modelling skills
• Have an analytical approach to problem solving and acute commercial awareness
