Accounts Administrator

Salary: £27,000k - £29,000k + BONUS

Location: Stretford

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Administrator to join a close-knit team within a growing manufacturing and production business based in Stretford. This a great opportunity within a well-established business to utilise your skills in and work within a lovely team!

Responsibilities

• Posting receipts, issuing statements.
• Participating in debt meetings and reporting.
• Processing invoices.
• Setting up new suppliers and conducting credit checks.
• Daily and month end bank reconciliations.
• Supplier statement reconciliations.
• Reviewing and authorising expense claims, reconciling petty cash.
• Assisting the project management team with any tasks including supporting billing during invoicing.
• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the invoicing element of the billing e-mail inbox.
• Supporting the finance team with any ad-hoc duties.

What you'll need to succeed as an Accounts Administrator

• At least 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
• A basic knowledge of Excel.
• Exceptional accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
• Great team player with excellent communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Bank reconciliation experience.
