Purpose

As a CAD Engineer you'll be involved in both the design and production of high end, bespoke furniture and structural internals. You'll have the opportunity to work with a huge variety of materials to ensure each item created is something special.

As CAD Engineer, you will:

Ensure drawings and materials are approved and signed off by the client team or Contract Manager.
Adhere to procedures for creating, saving, and distributing drawings, cutting sheets, and schedules.
Clarify instructions from internal teams or clients and communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
Conduct site surveys and submit drawings for review, revising as needed before distribution.
Track and report any additional time spent on revisions beyond standard allocation.
Ensure timely approvals, sign-offs and distribution of drawings, materials, and samples.
The successful CAD Engineer will:

Have strong AutoCAD experience.
Be able to communicate clearly and confidently at various levels.
Previously have worked closely with multiple departments including production, engineering, procurement and quality.
