Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of production processes and health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
