Salary: £50000 - £60000/annum + vehicle and fuel card

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Active Fire Project Manager to oversee the delivery of fire protection projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in line with health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial order processing to final quality assurance sign-off.

*

Manage project delivery in line with agreed timescales and budgets, ensuring high standards are maintained.

*

Provide effective leadership and supervision, including delegating tasks to support staff.

*

Keep up to date with relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices.

*

Identify and pursue opportunities for additional sales within active projects.

*

Regularly report on project performance and progress to senior management.

*

Ensure all projects adhere to quality assurance processes and safety standards.

*

Attend site meetings, client events, and industry conferences to maintain strong customer relationships.

*

Engage with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence.

*

Support community initiatives, events, and new business development.

Operational Responsibilities:

*

Provide leadership, coaching, and motivation to the team to drive performance and productivity.

*

Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively.

*

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.

*

Represent the company professionally at all times, upholding a high standard of service.

Requirements:

*

Minimum of LPCB - Sprinkler Basic Design qualification (or equivalent).

*

Proven experience managing fire protection or related construction projects.

*

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

*

Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members.

*

Commercial awareness and the ability to drive business growth within project delivery
