We are seeking a creative and driven Video Content Creator who doesn't mind filming themselves to represent our brand by producing engaging, professional short videos. These videos will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and conveying our values to a broad audience. You must be confident in front of the camera.

Role Overview:

As our Video Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating high-quality short-form videos (5 per week) that communicate our recruitment services, industry trends, and business insights. You’ll have creative freedom to develop content ideas, research relevant topics, film, edit, and deliver finished videos ready for posting across our digital channels. You will be the star of the video!

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and develop video content that aligns with our brand and business goals
• Record yourself, edit, and produce professional short-form videos (e.g., 60-90 seconds each)
• Ensure videos are engaging, informative, and on-brand
• Stay updated on B2B recruitment and industry trends to keep content relevant
• Collaborate with our team for feedback and approval
• Meet deadlines with consistent output (5 videos per week)
• Work within a 10-hour weekly schedule

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video content creation and editing
• Confident in front of the camera
• Strong communication skills, creativity and presence on video
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with video editing tools
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
• Experience in the recruitment or B2B sector is a plus, but not essential
