Accounts Manager | Reading | £30-50,000 DOE

Are you an Accounts Senior, Accounts Manager or Management Accountant seeking a varied role in a friendly team, where you can help develop and mentor junior team members?

If you want to embrace cloud accounting to make companies more effective and produce meaningful management information, in this role as Accounts Manager or Management Accountant you will:

• Supervise and mentor junior accounts staff
• Manage workflows, invoicing and reporting
• Review management information, cash flows, management accounts
• Undertake more complex accounting and provide broader business advice
• Liaise with the audit and tax teams, as well as clients and their staff
• Recommend and implement procedures and accounting packages
• Support the Partners with ad hoc project work

You may currently be an Accounts Senior or Management Accountant seeking your next challenge in a Firm where you can develop, you will likely be:

• AAT, CIMA, or ACCA qualified, studying or be qualified by experience
• Be able to demonstrate strong time management and communication skills
• Have at least three years of experience in an Accountancy Firm, Outsourcing, or Business Services organisation
• Have strong Xero, Sage, and Excel skills
