Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

Duties:
- Invoicing Customers
- Daily and Monthly reporting of financial figures to GEL management team
- Reconciliation and verification of invoiced figures against Sage system
- General office duties including answering the telephone and filing
- Any other duties as dictated by the needs of the business
- Providing some holiday cover for other administrative roles as required
Requirements:
Experience of Microsoft packages
Experience of invoicing work is preferred
Flexible mindset and approach to tasks
Positive attitude and enthusiastic
