As a People & Culture Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our team and driving a positive employee experience. You will assist in all aspects of People & Culture, from recruitment and onboarding to learning and development, employee engagement, and well-being initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the People & Culture team in delivering an outstanding employee experience.

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes to ensure new team members feel welcomed and valued.

• Support employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing programs, and internal events.

• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR administration, including payroll, compliance, and benefits.

• Be a trusted point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR-related queries.

• Help coordinate learning and development opportunities to support career growth.

• Champion the hotel's culture, values, and diversity & inclusion efforts.

What We're Looking For

• A people-focused, approachable, and proactive individual with a passion for hospitality.

• Previous experience in a People & Culture / HR role, ideally within the hospitality sector.

• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.

• Knowledge of HR systems (Workday) and employment law is desirable but not essential.
