Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management and stakeholders.
• Due Diligence: Assist in the financial due diligence process for potential acquisitions and investments.

• ESG Integration: Collaborate with the ESG team to integrate ESG factors into financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Professional Certification: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification is required.
• Experience: Proven experience working in a private equity-backed company.
• Skills: Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial software).
