CASUAL WELDING LECTURER

Hours: 6-9 PM one evening per week

Salary: £32.27 or £28.81 per hour

Qualified to level 3 in MIG, TIG and ARC welding processes.
Can weld plate and pipe in a variety of positions

This is a teaching role which involves workshop learning, your priority will be to engage and inspire our students to achieve their full potential. On a typical evening you will be:

Demonstrating and teaching practical skills in our Welding workshop 
Plate welding lap welds, fillet welds, open corner welds in a variety of weld positions
Pipe welding 1G,2G, 5G, 6G in all welding processes
Carry out destructive testing of students completed welds
Relevant industrial experience would be invaluable, along with experience of sharing your skills in an educational/training environment.
