Description

• Lead on all aspects of the annual budgeting process, financial business planning, spend review and in year budget review.
• Creation of models on expenditure and costing options for future areas of work
• Provide insightful analysis to support effective decision making.
• Management of planning process and the strategic outcomes.
• Develop and implement robust financial plans in line with strategic objectives.
• Monitor and report on financial performance against plan.
• Identify and implement process improvements in budgeting and planning.

Profile

A successful Senior Budget and Planning Manager should have:

• Strong FP&A background
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Experience of running budgeting or spending round reviews
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make complex financial decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial data to non-finance staff.
• Experience of turning complex data into compelling insights
• Ability to create excel models
• Background of internal and external stakeholder management skills

Job Offer

• £400 - £480 a day umbrella
