Job Position: Chartered Building Surveyor

Salary: £35,000-50,000

A multidisciplinary consultancy needs a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their Exeter based team! You will manage your own projects and be supported by a talented a team of Building Surveyors. Projects include D&B new builds and refurbishments for clients in education, residential, conservation, and defence sectors, up to £2 million! Your Chartered Building Surveyor responsibilities involve project management and professional duties. You will be expected to liaise with clients, undertake contract administration, use specialist software like AutoCAD, prepare tenures, conduct professional building surveys, and mentor juniors. You will be based in Exeter working on fascinating projects across the southwest region.
