Reporting to the Chief Engineer, this role supports critical systems engineering and requirements management activities for product development across the lifecycle.Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in systems engineering and requirements management tools (e.g. DOORS).
• Define, maintain, and promote systems engineering processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Deliver regular training sessions to Engineering teams on tool usage and methodologies.
• Manage product requirement sets and engineering risk registers.
• Support integration with cross-functional platforms such as SolidEdge, Ansys, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure engineering development is aligned with the Product Lifecycle and compliance with quality standards.
