At AQA, we're looking for an End User Computing Manager who thrives on delivering seamless technology experiences. In this role, you'll lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring the efficient management of over 3,000 devices, supporting a hybrid workforce across five locations, and driving innovation while championing security and operational excellence.

To be successful in this role, you will need to know:

• How to lead and inspire a team to deliver high-performing results.
• Proven technical expertise in Microsoft modern desktop technologies and iOS device management.
• ITIL, ISO/IEC27001, and Cyber Essentials Plus frameworks to ensure compliance and security.
• Budget management and forecasting to ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Effective stakeholder management, influencing and collaborating at all levels.
