Contracts Administrator

We are currently looking for a confident Contracts Administrator to join a fantastic company based in Watford!
This position requires a dynamic and pro-active person with a can-do attitude to assist the team in overseeing administration assistance and support to all customers, engineering staff and all others within the business to ensure that the levels of customer aftercare are achieved to the required company standards.
Do you have contracts renewals experience? Are you confident in liaising with 3rd party suppliers? Have you previous managed purchase orders?
Contracts Administrator duties:
- Main point of contact for all Contract renewals
- Ensure all renewal quotes are produced in timely manner
- Management of document change control
- Managing the invoicing of all contracts
- Dealing with any customer complaints or escalations in relation to contracts
- Produce KPI reports
