About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist to lead a dynamic multidisciplinary team of clinicians providing mental health and wellbeing services to children, young people, and families in Barnet. You will have a proven track record within child and adolescent mental health; sound knowledge and experience of cognitive behavioural therapies and other evidence-based therapies; and the experience and ability to provide high quality clinical supervision and line management to the team. Working in partnership with key stakeholders and partners, you will bring your creativity, flexibility, and enthusiasm to lead on our Children and Young People's Psychological Wellbeing Provision (CWP), service development, evaluation, and improvement to ensure that children and young people in Barnet benefit from integrated, responsive, and accessible mental health and wellbeing services.

About you

We value and encourage your continuing professional development and will support you with experienced supervision from the Assistant Head of Service and peer support from Clinical Managers and other senior practitioners within BICS. We offer excellent specialist CPD and training opportunities and have established strong working relationships with colleagues across Barnet's Family Service. In addition, you will have ample opportunities to work with partner agencies such as Barnet's Tier 3 NHS Specialist CAMHS, schools and other community and voluntary services. We also have links with the London Clinical Psychology and Systemic Training Schemes.
