The Company: Our Client, an innovative dynamic passionate reliable collaborator for public safety users and commercial customers, my client excels in adapting to the evolving landscape of the Voice Communication Sector.

Due to sustained continued expansion they now require a Lead Hardware Design Engineer to provide technical ownership for development projects to ensure a high quality, repeatable design that meets the agreed requirements. Other responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:

* Strong understanding of product development lifecycle principals

* Broad experience of multidisciplinary electronics engineering product development

* Experience of specifying technical requirements and taking a lead role in delivering against these requirements

* Experience aligning product development standards and frameworks with the business and technology strategy

The Person: Candidates suitable for consideration should be able to provide evidence of the following:

* Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline. Or be a Time Served Engineer with relevant experience.

* Self-starter with ability to demonstrate technical leadership within a multidisciplinary product development environment

* At least 5 years proven industry experience in an equivalent role

You will be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills both written and oral, be computer literate, and able to work as part of a team.
