A prestigious Client based in Rugby has an exciting opportunity for a Telesales & Marketing Assistant to join the team. As one of the UK's leading work-based training organisations delivering Apprenticeship Programmes throughout the country, they are a thriving and forward-thinking business to work in.
They serve a customer base of local, national and international companies with programmes leading to the achievement of Apprenticeships.
To support the Marketing strategy providing marketing support services in respect of the Company's prospects and customers, which will include scheduled Telesales and other marketing channel activities to gaining new business appointments and promote the Apprenticeship programmes we offer.
• Must have previous experience in B2B telesales and appointment making and able to speak to people at all levels.
• Engage with, maintain and foster good relations with prospects and customers through telephone, email, social media, mail shot and mail contact.
• Gain valuable market intelligence to support the Direct Marketing Team.
• Organise, generate and send mailings and e-shots out for the business.
• To support the Direct Marketing Team in generating leads amongst prospects for Sales Executives & Recruitment Team.
• Provide a high level of customer service internally and externally.
• Must be IT literate and experience in using a database/CRM tool.
• Must be able to work in a team environment and work under pressure within the environment.
• Must be creative and have the ability to maintain accurate information and data.
• Must be able to work to KPI's
• Good personality required and a can do forward thinking attitude.
37 Hours - Full Time 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Thursday and 9.00am - 4.30pm Friday.

This role has the potential of after qualifying period working from home 2 days per week
