Will Writer / Legal Assistant / Paralegal - Dartford
A long established full service law firm with offices throughout Kent are currently looking to recruit two Will Writers to join the highly successful Private Client department. Our client is highly regarded within the Legal 500 and the Lexcel Award which they hold show the professional service that this client provides.
The firm have opportunities for a Senior Will Writer as well as Will Writer.
As a Will Writer you will be responsible for engaging with clients in a courteous and efficient way to promote the firms "Easywill" package by taking instructions from clients over the phone and in person. You will be responsible for preparing, explaining and submitting draft documents for approval as well as referring work to members of the wills and probate department.
To be considered for the role, this client is requiring a candidate who is of a pleasant courteous manner, efficient and has a co-operative attitude with the ability to work under minimal supervision. This client is requiring a candidate with experience working within a Probate department as a Legal Secretary/Paralegal/Legal Assistant or Will Writer.
